UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug. 6 — On Aug. 4, the DeepState, a Ukrainian OSINT war monitoring group, reported about a Russian advance near Ustynivka village in northeastern Kharkiv oblast. 

Viktor Trehubov, spokesperson for the group of forces responsible for this section of the frontline, confirmed to Gwara Media that Russia reached this area, clashing with the Ukrainian army. 

Trehubov said that Russian forces expanded their area of control by 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) toward Ustynivka. 

Ustynivka is located near Artilne village, close to the state border. On Aug. 5, the Ukrainian Border Service reported about Russians preparing new attacks on Artilne after breaking through the border a week before.

This area of the frontline lies between the Dehtiarne and Milove border settlements, where Russian troops have already attempted to breach the state border. DeepState marked both settlements as occupied by Russians.
