- On March 5, a Russian missile hit a car with a 48-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman near the border village of Budarki. According to preliminary data, the enemy attacked with an anti-tank guided missile.
- On the night of March 5-6, Ukrainian air defense forces eliminated enemy drones over Kharkiv Oblast.
- On March 5, Russians shelled Kupiansk, Strilecha, Ohirtseve, Dvorichna, and other settlements in Kharkiv Oblast.

The head of the Dergachi community: Russians shelled Kozacha Lopan
On March 6, Russians shelled Kozacha Lopan in Kharkiv Oblast. The building of the local lyceum was damaged. Up to 10 private houses, and gas and electric infrastructure facilities were affected in various parts of the village. According to preliminary data, no injured people have been reported.

In Kharkiv Oblast, the enemy continues to concentrate efforts on advancing along the Kupiansk direction. No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Slobozhanskii direction.
