UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 15 — On Sep. 14, at nearly 8 p.m., Russian forces attacked the city of Izium, located in southeastern Kharkiv oblast with rocket artillery. Local authorities reported that Russians killed a 26-year-old man, and injured 12 people, including the children aged 1, 14, 17, and 16. 

According to Oleh Syniehubov, the governor of the region, an 81-year-old woman also got an acute stress reaction following the Russian attack. 

Syniehubov also said that Russian forces damaged apartment buildings, civilian vehicles, water supply, and power grids. 

In total, on Sep. 14, Russia used 9 glide bombs, one rocket, and 220 drones of different types to attack the Kharkiv region. 

Russian attacks injured a 61-year-old man on a highway between the village of Zolochiv and the city of Derhachi, both settlements located in northern Kharkiv oblast. 

In Kupiansk district, a Russian attack injured a 63-year-old woman and two men, aged 68 and 45. 

Russia airstrikes also damaged civilian infrastructure objects and residential buildings across the Kharkiv region.
