KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 8 — In the Kupiansk direction, Ukrainian troops repelled three attacks near Synkivka and Ivanivka in the Kharkiv Oblast, where Russian troops tried to break the defenses.

The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces informed about this in a morning report.

The Russian troops hit Tabaivka in the Kharkiv Oblast with airstrikes.

The Russian army fired artillery at more than 130 settlements in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, Kherson, and Mykolaiv oblasts.

In the Slobozhanskyi direction, in the border areas, the Russian military conducts intense sabotage activities to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to more dangerous directions and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod Oblast.
