UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 8 — In the morning, a Russian Molniya drone  attacked a humanitarian aid vehicle on the Derhachi-Zolochiv highway in the northern Kharkiv oblast, said Yevhen Kaplin, the head of Proliska humanitarian mission.

According to Kaplin, the vehicle carried winter supplies from the UN Refugee Agency for the people in the Zolochiv community. The driver heard the drone approaching and began to maneuver, so it hit a few meters behind the vehicle. The Russian attack damaged the vehicle’’s cab, wheels, panels, and hydraulic lift system. The driver suffered a head injury.

Kaplin added that the vehicle had humanitarian aid markings and stickers from the Proliska humanitarian mission on all sides and on the roof.

Since the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022, it is the 114th Russian attack on the staff, vehicles, offices, and warehouses of the Proliska humanitarian mission.
