UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Sep. 9 — On Sep. 8, a Russian drone attacked a gas station in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv, injuring two men aged 43 and 45 years old, the Kharkiv regional police said.
The Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office said that Russians used a jet-powered Italmas drone to attack the gas station.
This spring, the Russians began actively attacking gas stations in Kharkiv and the region. Gas stations became the primary target for Russian FPV drones. Currently, Russians continue to attack Kharkiv gas stations with different types of weapons.
Apart from that, on Sep. 8, Russian forces attacked two other gas stations in the Shevchenkivskyi and Nemyshlianskyi districts of Kharkiv. They also attacked the Kholodnohirskyi and Novobavarskyi districts.
In total, Over the past day, Russians attacked 11 settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with three glide bombs and 114 drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region.
In the Kharkiv district, Russian attacks injured a 41-year-old man and damaged houses, a truck, and a car in Derhachi. They also damaged houses and cars in the Ruska Lozova village.
In the Bohodukhiv district, a Russian attack on Zolochiv injured two men aged 63 and 73 years old and two women aged 39 and 75 years old. The attack damaged administrative buildings, cars, and a storage building.
In the Izium district, a Russian drone attacked a civilian car in Pidlyman village. The attack killed a 55-year-old driver and injured a 49-year-old woman.
Russian forces also damaged houses in the Izium district and power networks in the Chuhuiv district.
