KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 7 — At around 05:20 a.m., the Russian army hit the village of Vilkhuvatka in the Kupiansk district with guided aerial bombs. 

The attack damaged the village council building, a medical facility, and residential buildings, said the head of the Vilkhuvatka Military Administration, Yevhen Shapoval, in a commentary to Gwara Media.

“We have significant damage, first of all, to the social infrastructure. The building of the former village council was destroyed, the medical center and about ten private houses were almost destroyed, but fortunately, there were no casualties,” said Yevhen Shapoval.

According to him, the consequences of the attack by KABs (a 500 kg bomb with a significant explosive payload, making it a formidable weapon for mass strikes) are severe. Currently, the military administration is examining the consequences of [attack] and helping residents whose houses got destroyed. Repairing non-residential buildings comes second, as, according to Yevhen Shapovalov, the Russian army may hit them again. Power companies are also working to restore electricity

During the day, the Russian military shelled at least 22 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars.
