UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug. 3 — A Russian drone attacked the Novyi Korotych settlement in the Kharkiv district, killing a civilian and damaging a postal terminal and cars, the Kharkiv regional police and Oleh Syniehubov, the regional governor, reported.

The drone strike hit the Nova Poshta, postal terminal, located in Korotych. Russia targets the building regularly — the attack on the terminal on Jul. 19 killed five people.

Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 17 settlements in the region with 60 drones of different types, the governor said. 

Also in the Kharkiv district, Russian forces attacked Derhachi and Pisochyn, damaging trucks and cars.

In Kharkiv, Russian drones attacked the Kyivskyi, Novobavarskyi, Kholodnohirskyi, and Industrialnyi districts, damaging a gas station, an apartment building, and a civilian business.

In the Kupiansk district, a Russian attack on Fedorivka village injured a woman in a civilian car. Russians also damaged houses in the Shevchenkove settlement.

Over the Kharkiv oblast, Russians damaged a farm business, an administrative building, a shop, a meat processing plant, houses, and cars in the Izium and Bohodukhiv districts.
