UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 20 — On Jul. 19, Russian forces launched three missiles at the Korotych, a settlement located 9 kilometers (5.6 miles) from Kharkiv, hitting a postal terminal, reported the Kharkiv regional police and the Nova Poshta, Ukrainian postal operator.

The attack killed two postal workers and a driver at the impact site. Another post worker died at the hospital. The attack also injured 20 people, with three of them in severe conditions.

On Jan. 13, Russian forces had already attacked this postal terminal, killing four workers.

Over the past day, Russian forces also attacked Kharkiv and 23 settlements of the region with artillery, four missiles, one glide bomb, and 69 drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the Kharkiv oblast.

On Jul. 19, Russians attacked Izium, a city east of the Kharkiv oblast, injuring 23 people, including a child, and damaging five apartment buildings and 20 cars.

In Kharkiv, Russian attacks injured a woman and damaged a gas station in the Shevchenkivskyi and Kyivskyi districts of the city.

In the Kharkiv district, Russians injured a man in the Derhachi community.

Russian attacks injured a man in Kupiansk and two other men in Senok village and Velykyi Burluk settlement in the district.

Russian forces also damaged houses, a shop, an administrative building, a civilian business, and cars in the Bohodukhiv, Chuhuiv, and Lozova districts of the oblast.
