KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 22 — The Russian attack killed a civilian and injured another one in the Kharkiv Oblast over the past day, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

According to him, at around 2:00 p.m., the Russian shelling killed a civilian in Dvorichna village, Kupiansk district. They also wounded a 52-year-old man in the village of Ivanivka, Kupiansk district.

About 15 settlements in the Kharkiv region came under Russian artillery and mortar fire, including Synkivka, Dvorichna, and Ivanivka. The Russian military also hit Milove, Vilkhuvatka, Hryhorivka, and Petropavlivka with airstrikes.
