UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Oct. 6 — Over the past day, Russian airstrikes killed seven and injured 80 people, including three children, in the Kharkiv oblast, Oleh Syniehubov, the governor, reported.
Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 10 settlements in the region with a missile, three glide bombs, artillery, and 195 drones of different types, the governor added.
Russian troops attacked Raivka village in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv oblast, hitting houses. The attack killed one and injured two women, the Kharkiv regional police said.
In Kharkiv, Russian forces attacked the Slobidskyi district with glide bombs, killing six people and injuring 59 people, including three children.
As for now, 18 people are staying in the hospital, including two people in serious condition, Anna Hontar, spokesperson for the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, told journalists.
In the Kharkiv district, Russian forces attacked Derhachi, injuring a woman and damaging houses and cars.
Russian forces attacked Chuhuiv with artillery, damaging houses, a civilian business, and cars. The attack injured 12 people.
In the Bohodukhiv district, Russian drones attacked the Zolochiv settlement, injuring two people. They also attacked a civilian car in the settlement, injuring two people.
On the road from Derhachi to Rolochiv, a Russian attack damaged another civilian car, injuring a driver.
