UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug. 5 — Russian forces launched glide bombs at Ohurtsivka village in the Kupiansk district in eastern Kharkiv oblast. The attack killed a woman and injured a 76-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman, said the Kharkiv regional police.
Apart from that, over the past day, Russian forces attacked 21 settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with six missiles, 10 glide bombs, and 51 drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region.
In the Kupiansk district, Russians also attacked the Velykyi Burluk settlement and caused a fire in a wheat field.
A Russian airstrike on Balaklia in the Izium district injured three people and damaged houses, apartment buildings, a dormitory, and power networks. Also, Russians attacked a farm equipment storage in the district.
Russian forces attacked Bohodukhiv in western Kharkiv oblast, injuring four women and damaging a civilian business, houses, a car, and power networks. They also attacked other settlements in the Bohodukhiv district, damaging houses, outbuildings, and power networks.
Also, Russian attacks damaged houses, a dormitory, a car, and power networks in settlements of the Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts.
