KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 28 — The Russian army attacked more than 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars.

No casualties were reported, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

At around 5:20 a.m. on February 28, the Russian military shelled a residential building in the village of Prystin in the Kupiansk district. On February 27, in the evening, they also damaged the windows and roof of a private house in Kupiansk.

At about 6:00 p.m., the Russian army shelled Fedorivka, Kupiansk district, with aerial bombs. They hit the warehouse buildings of a private enterprise near the village.

At 11:33 a.m., the Russian army shelled Derhachi, Kharkiv district, with a Shahed drone, damaging the roof of an apartment building, a fence, and a gate. At about 11:00 a.m., a civilian car caught fire due to the Russian shelling of Svitlychne, Bohodukhiv district, with a Lancet drone.

The Russian troops hit Bolohivka, Ivanivka, and Berestove in the Kharkiv Oblast with airstrikes.
