RUSSIA, MOSCOW OBLAST, Oct. 27 — Satellite footage by the CyberBoroshno OSINT group confirmed the damage to air defense repair workshops in Serpukhov, a city in the Moscow district of Russia, after the attack on them on Oct. 22, the CyberBoroshno said.

On the night of Oct. 22, Ukrainian forces reportedly attacked the 75th Arsenal facility in Serpukhov, Exilenova+, a pro-Ukrainian monitoring Telegram channel, reported.

Ukrainian military officials have not yet commented on the attack on the 75th Arsenal.

Sergey Sobyanin, the mayor of Moscow, said that that night 630 drones flew towards the region and Russian air defense shot down most of them.

According to CyberBoroshno, the attack damaged workshops №24 and №25 and a nearby hangar. Russians use these buildings to repair components of air defense systems, including S-300V, Buk, and Tunguska. They also repair radar reconnaissance systems there, OSINTers said.

The 75th Arsenal is part of Rostec, a Russian state-owned defense conglomerate. The OSINTers believe that attacks on such Russian facilities could slow down the restoration of the air defense systems and their delivery to the troops.
