The Russian military is accumulating missiles to attack Ukrainian infrastructure during winter.
Oleksiy Danilov, the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, was talking about it during telemarathon ether.
He explained that Russia doesn’t have as many missiles as it would like for attacking Ukraine, but they’re slowly accumulating [them] to try to damage Ukrainian infrastructure during winter.
Danilov noted that right now, [Ukraine] prepares for protection [of infrastructure objects] as much as possible, but it’s impossible to prognose which infrastructure objects will be hit.
