UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Mar 14 — In the Shevchenkivskyi district, utility workers are eliminating the consequences of the morning attack by Russian troops, the Kharkiv City Council reported.

Employees of the Zhilkomservis [a company that provides maintenance and technical operation of municipal buildings owned by the Kharkiv territorial community — ed.] utility company are inspecting nearby houses for damage, and Kharkivspetsbud [a company provides for the overhaul of the housing stock, current repairs of the housing stock, current maintenance of the housing stock, etc — ed. ] specialists are covering the broken windows with OSB boards.

On the morning of March 14, explosions were heard in Kharkiv at 4:47 a.m. and 5:10 a.m. The city’s mayor, Ihor Terekhov, said the Shahed drone hit the city center near private houses. According to him, there were no casualties.

At around 5:10 a.m., the Russian army struck the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv with an S-300 missile, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov. Ihor Terekhov clarified that the second hit was recorded in a forest area.

In total, the Russian military hit Vovchansk with an airstrike and shelled about 15 other towns and villages with artillery and mortars. Among them: Synkivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Hraniv, Strilecha, Borysivka, Vovchanski Khutory.
