KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 9 — Five units holding defense along the frontline in the Kharkiv Oblast have received another batch of 20 drones, announced the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

“13 drones were purchased at the expense of the territorial medical association’s savings, and another seven were purchased by City and Regional Military Administration employees, who donated their one-day salary to support the Armed Forces,” Oleh Syniehubov said.

According to Syniehubov, over the past year, the Kupiansk community has donated almost 200 drones, five cars, thermal imagers, charging stations, and more worth 34 million hryvnias [$890 thousand].

Recently, the Kharkiv Oblast has received 13 new specialized vehicles. Their total value is almost €2 million. The vehicles include:

  • Two trucks for transporting humanitarian aid.
  • Two water delivery vehicles.
  • Four dump trucks.
  • Five cargo and passenger vehicles.

Kupiansk, Izium, and Chuhuiv districts have received the vehicles.
