KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 9 — The Russian military shelled Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast, several times over the past day. They hit a civilian car with an FPV drone, killing a 53-year-old man and a 48-year-old woman, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
In this attack, the Russian army damaged a police car. Also, the Russians dropped ammunition on a firefighting vehicle while it was on its way back from eliminating the fire. The medics were not injured.
On the night of March 9, another Russian shelling of Vovchansk destroyed a private house. They damaged another one in the afternoon of March 8.
About 18 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under Russian artillery and mortar attacks: Kruhliakivka, Krasne, Kozacha Lopan, Vovchansk, Neskuchne, and others. The Russian army hit Vovchansk, Synkivka, Tabaivka, and Berestove with airstrikes.
