KHARKIV OBLAST, UKRAINE, Apr 05 — At night, the Russian military attacked the village of Korotych in the Kharkiv district from the territory of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation using S-300 missiles, reported the press service of the Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to Serhii Bolvinov, head of the National Police Investigation Department in the Kharkiv Oblast, Russian troops attacked an inoperative airfield. The shelling damaged the hangars, a fire broke out, and the entire area is covered with craters. No one was injured due to the shelling.
In addition, on April 5, at about 04:10 a.m., the Russian army shelled the village of Borova in Izium district, damaging residential buildings. There is information that the Russians attacked the village using Smerch multiple rocket launchers.
As reported by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, on April 4, the Russian army attacked the Kharkiv district, in the area between two settlements, killing a 36-year-old man. This strike also injured 55 and 21-year-old men. They are in the hospital. The shelling also damaged three agricultural machines.
In total, Russian troops shelled about 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars over the past day.
