UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 16 — In the morning, Russian forces attacked Izium in southeastern Kharkiv oblast with glide bombs, injuring 11 people and damaging an administrative building, apartment buildings, houses, and cars, said the Kharkiv regional police.

On the previous day, Russian forces attacked Izium with glide bombs, missiles, and artillery, killing a man and injuring 13 locals. Parts of the city remain without electricity and water supply after the attack.

Over the past day, Russian forces attacked five settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with 12 glide bombs and 104 drones of different types, said Oleh Synuehubov, governor of the region.

In the Bohodukhiv oblast, the Russian attack on Korbyni Ivany injured a 17-year-old boy. Also, Russians damaged power networks, a shop, and a hospital in Bohodukhiv itself.

In the Kharkiv district, a Russian attack on the Slatyne settlement destroyed a house.
