KHARKIV OBLAST, JAN 22 — On January 22, the Russian military shelled Kupiansk with artillery. Two people were wounded, said Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Military Administration.

“Unfortunately, one person was killed, the details are being established. There is information about a 66-year-old man who was wounded,” he said.

A civilian car caught fire as a result of the shelling. A high-rise building and a shop were damaged. Rescuers are eliminating the consequences.
