UPD from Sep 26, 5:34 p.m.: Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said three people got shrapnel wounds in the aftermath of the Russian glide bomb attack.

UKRAINE, KHARKIV, Sep 26 — At about 4:45 p.m., explosions were heard in Kharkiv. A Russian glide bomb hit a house in the Kyivskyi district of the city, reported Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov. 

Russia frequently attacks Kharkiv with various kinds of airstrikes because of its proximity to the border and frontline. 

Later, Syniehubov added that Russia hit the city with three glide bombs, with two others hitting forest territory. 

No casualties have been reported as of yet.
