UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 22 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 11 settlements in the Kharkiv oblast, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region.

Russians attacked the region with a glide bomb, artillery, and 109 drones of different types, the governor added.

Yesterday, Russian forces attacked Katerynivka village in the Lozova district, killing a 45-year-old woman and injuring a 13-year-old boy. Medics provided treatment to him. . The killed woman was the boy’s mother and worked in the educational field, Anna Skrypnik, a spokesperson of the Lozova city administration, told local media Suspilne Kharkiv.

In the Kupiansk district, Russian forces attacked Spodobivka, Novoselivka, and Velykyi Burluk settlement, damaging houses, the Kharkiv regional police said.

In the Izium district, a Russian drone hit a territory of the former farm in Ridne village, causing a fire.

Also, Russians attacked a house in the Bohodukhiv district and another house in the Kharkiv district.
