KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 13 — At around 8:00 a.m., the Russian army shelled Kurylivka in the Kupiansk district.
The attack killed two civilian men, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military, Oleh Syniehubov.
According to Syniehubov, another civilian man aged 36 and a woman sustained explosive injuries, they have wounds of moderate severity.
The Russian military shelled at least 15 settlements in the Kharkiv region with artillery and mortars, including Udy, Kozacha Lopan, Lukianivka, Vovchansk, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Hlyboke, etc.
At about 10 p.m., the Russian army shelled Kupiansk. The attack damaged a private house. At 12:43 a.m., they shelled the village of Slobozhanske in the Kharkiv district.

At 12:35 a.m., the Russian military shelled the village of Lyptsi in the Kharkiv district. At 12:34 a.m., Russians fired on the village of Kozacha Lopan in the Kharkiv district. They hit the outskirts of the village. No casualties were reported.
