VOVCHANSK, KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 13 — At around 11 a.m., Russian troops hit the central part of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, with airstrikes, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Military District Administration.

The shelling killed a 61-year-old woman and injured another 50-year-old woman. At the time of the shelling, the people were at a local market, the official wrote.

At around 8:00 a.m., the Russian army shelled Kurylivka in the Kupiansk district. The attack killed two civilian men, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military, Oleh Syniehubov. According to Syniehubov, another civilian man aged 36 and a woman sustained explosive injuries, they have wounds of moderate severity.

The Russian military shelled at least 15 settlements in the Kharkiv region with artillery and mortars, including Udy, Kozacha Lopan, Lukianivka, Vovchansk, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Hlyboke, etc.
