KHARKIV OBLAST, Jan 31 — The Russian army shelled at least 17 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast. Among them: Synkivka, Tabaivka, Ivanivka, Berestove, Mala Vovcha, Udy, Vovchansk.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.
At 10:30 a.m., the Russian military shelled a private enterprise in the village of Hrachivka in the Kupiansk district with KABs [a 500 kg bomb with a significant explosive payload — ed.]. There were no casualties. At 1:00 p.m., the shelling damaged a private house in the village of Monachynivka.
At about 12:20, the Russian military struck Korotych with a Kh-59 missile. At 1:00 p.m., a mortar attack damaged a private house in Vovchansk.
At about 4:26 p.m., the Russian army shelled the village of Lisne in the Dehachivskyi district with an S-300 missile. At 6:55 p.m., there was another missile attack on Lisne. There is information that the Russian military shelled the village with Iskander-M.

At about 7:30 p.m., the Russian army shelled the village of Ivashky with artillery. Nine hits damaged two two-story apartment buildings.
At 00:30, the attack damaged a private house in the village of Lyman, in the Vovchansk community.
