On October 4, at 13:00, the Russian army shelled Vovchansk of the Chuhuiiv district in Kharkiv oblast. There are no victims yet, Kharkiv Regional Military Administration reports.
“The building of a driving school was damaged by Russian shelling. Dry grass caught fire on the territory of the facility. We don’t have information about victims [of attack] as of yet,” their message says.
During the past day, Russia hit Petropavlivka, Senkove, and Synkivka with air strikes. They also shelled more than 120 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson oblasts with artillery.
