UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, July 23 — During the day, the Russian army attacked seven settlements in the Kharkiv region, some of them several times, injuring four people, reported Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast Governor.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

According to Syniehubov, at 8 a.m. on July 22, Russians shelled Izium district, Ivanchukivka village, injuring a 58-year-old man.

The Russians also shelled Ivanchukivka village from multiple rocket launchers for the second time, damaging the glass of the bread distribution center, a car, and the windows of nearby houses.

In addition, the Russians shelled the village of Senkove, injuring a 75-year-old woman. The shelling caused a summer kitchen to catch fire. 

In the village of Podoly, the Russian shelling damaged a house and a garage and injured a woman.

The Russians also injured a 30-year-old woman in the village of Ruska Lozova. In the village of Lisne, they damaged the windows of a residential building and a fence. A house was on fire in the village of Hlushkivka.

In addition, the Russian shelling caused a house to catch fire in Kupiansk. And in the village of Lisne, a garage was on fire because of a multiple rocket launcher attack.

Tonight, Russians attacked the city of Kupiansk with a drone, injuring a 42-year-old man.
