UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 28 — Russian forces advanced near the village of Artilne in the northeastern Kharkiv region, reported DeepState, a Ukrainian OSINT war monitoring group.
Artilne is located between Dehtiarne and Milove border settlements, in an area where the Russian troops have already attempted to break through the state border. DeepState marked both settlements as occupied by Russians.
On Jul. 23, the Ukrainian Border Service reported that Russians tried to cross the Russia-Ukraine border in the area of Artilne. However, on Jul. 27, Border Service said that Ukrainian troops detected and killed 18 Russian troops before they reached the village.
As of 6 p.m. Jul. 28, Ukrainian officials had not commented on reports of Russian advances near Artilne.
