UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 23 — Russian troops try to break through a new sector on the Russia-Ukraine border in the Kharkiv oblast. The 1st mobile border guard brigade Hart recorded Russian small assault groups near Artilne village, the State Border Service of Ukraine reported.
Artilne is located between Dehtiarne and Milove border settlements, in an area where the Russians have already attempted to break through the state border. DeepState, a Ukrainian OSINT war monitoring group, marked both settlements as occupied by Russian forces.
Viktor Trehubov, a spokesperson for a military group responsible for the Kharkiv oblast, told Gwara Media that Ukrainian forces killed Russian soldiers both on Ukrainian and Russia’s territory when their forces advanced toward the border.
The Ukrainian border guards reported that Russian troops suffered severe losses last week during fighting in the Kharkiv region. Currently, Russians are trying to attack new areas in the oblast.
