UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jun. 28 — Over the past day, Russian forces launched two missiles and 64 kamikaze drones at Kharkiv and 18 settlements of the region, killing one, injuring 14 civilians, said Oleh Syniehibov, governor of the region. 

According to Syniehubov, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi and Saltivskyi districts, injuring a 49-year-old man and a 46-year-old woman. At the same time, a 67-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman got an acute stress reaction after the attack. The Russian airstrike also damaged a gas station in the city. 

Vitalii Karabanov, the head of Balakliia Military Administration, said that Russian attacks injured 13 people in the city of Balakliia, located southeast of Kharkiv.  

In the city of Lozova in the Kharkiv region, Russians injured two men, aged 63 and 56. 

Medics also provided aid to a 77-year-old woman that was injured during the Russian attack on the village of Shevchenkove in the Kupiansk district, on Jul. 21. They also provided treatment to a 67-year-old man man in the village of Kozacha Lopan, located northern Kharkiv oblast. 

In the evening of Jul. 27, Russian forces also attacked the postal terminal of the Nova Poshta, a Ukrainian private postal and courier company. No injuries were reported. A fire covering 200 square meters (about 2,150 square feet) broke out at the impact site. 

Syniehubov said that the most extensive damage was reported in the Izium and Bohodukhiv districts.
