UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 14 — At about 3 p.m. on March 13, the Russian troops attacked the center of Vovchansk, destroying a two-story house. The Kharkiv regional police reported that there may be people under the rubble.
Later, the head of the Chuhuiv District Administration, Serhii Lobodenko, denied this information in a comment to Gwara Media. According to him, no one was injured or killed in the strike.
On March 13, power engineers restored electricity supply to 2,700 consumers in Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast, who lost power due to Russian shelling on March 12.
According to Oleh Kovalev, head of Vovchansk power distribution company, the shelling took place on March 12, but power engineers could not go to the hit site on the same day even to inspect the damage, as the town was under fire until nightfall.
