On the morning of Feb. 15, the Russian military shelled residential buildings in Kupiansk in Kharkiv Oblast.

According to Kharkiv Governor, three private houses and commercial buildings were damaged in the city due to the shelling at around 7 a.m. No casualties have been reported.

During the day, the occupiers shelled at least 20 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast.

  • The invaders fired from tanks, mortars, and artillery. They attacked the settlements of Krokhmalne, Berestove, Tabaivka, and Dvorichna.
  • In the morning summary, the General Staff notes that the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the Russian attacks near ​​the village of Hrianykivka.
  • Veterinarne, Hraniv, Strelecha, Hlyboke, Vovchansk, and Chuhunivka were also under enemy fire.
  • State Emergency Service specialists twice went to places where the enemy rockets hit. In particular, in the city of Kupiansk, the windows of a five-story residential building were damaged, and in the village of Monachynivka of Kindrashivska community, the cultural center building was destroyed. No casualties have been reported.

On Feb. 13, Russian troops shelled at least 17 border settlements in Chuhuiv, Kupiansk, and Kharkiv districts.
