UKRAINE, KOTIVKA, Sep. 17 — In the morning, a Russian FPV drone attacked a civilian man near a bus stop in Kotivka village in the Chuhuiv district northeast of the Kharkiv oblast, said the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to prosecutors, two men were walking along the road toward the village of Berezhne. One of them heard an FPV drone approaching and warned the other. The man dropped to the ground near a bus stop, but the drone struck him directly. He died at the scene from the injuries.
Local services are working to evacuate the body, the prosecutors added.
Over the past day, Russian forces attacked 10 settlements in the Kharkiv oblast with a missile, three glide bombs, and nine drones of different types.
