UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Aug. 21 — At night, Russian forces attacked Lebiazhe village in the Chuhuiv district of the Kharkiv oblast with Geran-2 drones. The attack killed two women aged 66 and 73 years old and injured two women aged 41 and 75 years old, said the Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Apart from that, over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 8 settlements in the region with 62 drones of different types, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the Kharkiv oblast.
In Kharkiv, Russians attacked the Kyivskyi district, injuring two people, the Kharkiv regional police reported.
In the Bohodukhiv district, Russians attacked the Zolochiv settlement, injuring two people and destroying houses. Another Russian attack on the district caused a fire in a wheat field and damaged a combine harvester in Bratenytsia village.
In the Lozova district, Russian attacks injured three people and damaged houses in Sadove village.
Also, over the Kharkiv oblast, Russians damaged commercial and administrative buildings in the Kharkiv district, a house in the Kupiansk district, and an educational institution in the Izium district.
