UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 29 — Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and 17 other settlements in the region, injuring at least 11 people, said Oleh Syniehubov, governor of the region.

According to regional authorities, Russian forces used six glideguided aerial bombs and 30 drones of different types.

A Russian strike on Kharkiv’s Novobavarskyi district injured a 57-year-old woman, eight people got acute stress reactions. The Russian attack also damaged three apartment buildings and a car. 

In the Shypuvate village, Velykoburluk community, that is located to the east of Kharkiv, a Russian strike injured a 66-year-old woman. Meanwhile, in the village of Makarykha in the Zolochiv community, a 56-year-old woman got an acute stress reaction.

Russian forces also targeted civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Kupiansk, Izium, Lozova, and Chuhuiv districts damaging residential buildings, a gas station, warehouses, power lines, cars, and other facilities. Wheat fields caught fire in two districts.
