UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep 18 — On September 17, the Russian army dropped glide bombs (KABs) on Kharkiv’s Kyivskyi district twice in one day, injuring nine people, including a 15-year-old boy, reported Oleh Syniehubov, governor of Kharkiv Oblast.

Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian artillery shelling and air strikes often, even more so since Russia launched a new ground offensive north and northeast of the region in the Vovchansk and Lyptsi directions in May.

Russians also attacked five other settlements in the Kharkiv region over the past day.

They shelled the village of Odnorobivka in the Zolochiv community twice. The first shelling damaged six two-story buildings and two houses and injured a 56-year-old woman. The second attack burned a one-story residential building and grass on two hectares.

The Russian shelling of the villages of Zahryzove and Cherkaska Lozova caused grass to burn on a total area of 10.4 hectares.

In Kurylivka, Russian shelling caused damage to outbuildings and houses, and in Tsupivka, a private household was damaged.
