KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 5  — On February 4, Russian troops fired artillery and mortars at about 18 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast. There is no information on casualties.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, reported this on Telegram.

The Russian military attacked Vovchansk, Vilkhuvatka, Velykyi Burluk, Kolodiazne, Kozacha Lopan, Kyslivka, and several other settlements.

The shelling damaged civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, and agricultural facilities. The attack destroyed a two-story apartment building in Kolodiazne.

In Vovchansk, the Russian military damaged the glazing and facade of the administration building, the roof and ceiling of the Administrative Service Centre, and four private houses.

In Horiane, in the Kupiansk district, the shelling damaged an administrative building, a warehouse, an agricultural enterprise workshop, agricultural machinery, and power lines.
