At midnight of November 16, at least seven explosions rang out in Kharkiv oblast. The Russian army hit the Chuhuiv district in the region.
The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, confirmed this information. As of 07:45, there have been no reported injuries.
Oleh Syniehubov stated that the educational facility was damaged in one of the strikes in his briefing later in the day.
“[Russian hit] Chuhuiv and its suburbs with S-300 missiles. Emergency services continue to look for the hit sites. They already found four. One of the missiles damaged the educational facility where a community provided services for internally displaced people. Currently, we promptly implement measures to deal with the consequences [of the hits — ed.] and look for other hit sites,” Syniehubov said.
According to Syniehubov, Russia hit the Chuhuiv district with 7-10 missiles. Some might have hit open countryside or windbreaks.
