The European Commission unveiled a new online tool EU Talent Pool. It will help Ukrainian refugees find jobs in the European Union.

Through the EU Talent Pool Pilot Project, Ukrainians can create their CVs and showcase their skills to more than 4,000 carefully screened and registered employers.

The European Employment Service (EURES) is a European network of cooperation between the European Commission, the European Labor Agency (ELA), national public employment services and other partners in Europe.

More than 3 million vacancies are posted on the portal and employers can search for candidates through the CV database. Around 1,000 EURES consultants working in EURES member and partner organizations will support Ukrainians before, during, and after the employment process.

So far, five EU countries have joined the pilot project:

  • Finland;
  • Lithuania;
  • Poland;
  • Croatia;
  • Spain.

The pilot job search tool is available in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Earlier, EU allocated 150 million euros to support internally displaced persons who were forced to leave their homes because of the war.
