ZMIIV, KHARKIV OBLAST, JAN 8  — In Zmiiv, Chuhuiv region, the body of a 63-year-old woman was pulled from the rubble of a residential building. She could not be saved, the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported.

A 90-year-old and a 60-year-old man in severe were rescued from the rubble and hospitalized. Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said during the telethon that the damage caused by the morning missile strike on Zmiiv was quite serious.

At 7:00 a.m., two missile strikes, probably from S-300, were launched at Zmiiv, targeting the private sector, the official said. Rescuers continue to work at the scene.
