KHARKIV OBLAST, JAN 9 — Russian troops shelled more than 15 settlements in Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars. Two people were wounded.

This was reported by the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov.

Russian soldiers attacked the village of Dvorichne, in the Kupiansk district, at 5:30 pm. A 57-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman were wounded. The victims were taken to hospital, their condition is moderate. A private house was damaged.

Russians also struck at Kupiansk, shelling the village of Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district with “Smerch” MLRS. Warehouses, a house of culture, and an elevator were damaged. There were no casualties. In Vovchansk, a house and outbuildings were damaged by shelling.

Vesele, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestove of the Kupiansk district, Bochkove, Budarky of the Chuhuiv district were also subjected to artillery and mortar attacks by the Russian Federation.
