UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Mar 22 — The Russian military launched artillery and mortar attacks on about 15 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

In particular, the Russian army attacked Udy, Kozacha Lopan, Zapadne, Synkivka, Stepova Novoselivka, and Kotliarivka.

The Russian military also hit Synkivka with airstrikes. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces repelled two Russian attacks in the Kupiansk direction near Synkivka in the Kharkiv Oblast.

Also, on March 21, at about 11:00 a.m., the Russian troops used a drone to attack a private house in Baranivka village, Bohodukhiv district. There were no casualties.

In total, the Russian army attacked Kharkiv with more than 15 missile strikes. The city has no electricity, and public transportation does not work.
