KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 20 — On the evening of February 19, the Russian army shelled Vilkhuvatka, Kupiansk district, with guided aerial bombs (KABs), hitting a private house.
Rescuers removed a 74-year-old woman from the rubble and provided her with medical assistance at the hospital.
At 10:05 p.m., on February 19, the Russians shelled the house again. No one was injured, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
In the morning, the Russian shelling of the Vilkhuvatka damaged the substation. There is no electricity supply in the settlement. There was no fire and no casualties.
On the same evening of February 19, the Russian military conducted massive attacks with guided aerial bombs on Kupiansk. They damaged a multi-story building and a private house. The attack injured a woman, she is in the hospital.

On February 20, at about 3:00, The Russian army shelled the village of Katerynivka, Kupiansk district. They damaged the building of the House of Culture, an educational institution, cars, and a cafe. No one was injured.
Also, on February 19, Russians shelled the outskirts of Zolochiv with multiple rocket launchers. The shelling damaged windows in a private house and windows in an outbuilding. There were no casualties.
At 9:00 p.m., Russian troops attacked the village of Lyptsi in the Kharkiv district: a private two-story residential building and the opposite one-story residential building caught fire.
About 25 settlements of the Kharkiv Oblast came under enemy artillery and mortar fire, including Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Kyslivka, and others. The Russian military hit the settlements of Staryi Saltiv, Chorne, Vilkhuvatka, Tabaivka, Pishchane, Synkivka, Kupiansk and Petropavlivka with airstrikes.
