KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 21 — Over the past day, the Russian shelling killed two people and injured one in the Kharkiv Oblast, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
According to him, the Russian attack killed two workers of a local farm, aged 38 and 50, and a 48-year-old wife [of a 50-year-old man — ed.] is in the hospital with injuries. The shelling hit the village of Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district, at about 4:50 p.m.
In total, the Russian army shelled at least 20 settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast with artillery and mortars, including Synkivka, Dvorichna, and Ivanivka. The Russians also hit Hrachivka, Chuhunivka, Fedorivka, Pishchane, and Katerynivka with airstrikes.
Around midnight, the Russian military shelled a garden society and a car in the village of Liptsy, Kharkiv district. At 8:50 p.m., they attacked the village of Kozacha Lopan in the Dergachi district. The shelling hit the outskirts. At about 4 p.m., the Russian army damaged a garden society in the village of Cherkaski Tyshky, Kharkiv district. A 2-storey building caught fire.
At 1:10 p.m., the Russian army shelled the village of Hlushkivka, Kupiansk district, with a multiple rocket launcher, damaging a private household. They also destroyed a residential building and damaged two neighboring houses. At around 11:20 a.m., during the shelling of Liptsy in the Kharkiv district, Russians shelled three private households.
At 9:45 a.m., the Russian military struck Liptsy in the Kharkiv district. The shelling damaged two private houses, an outbuilding, and a summer kitchen. In Fedorivka, Kupiansk district, at about 7:24 a.m., an unmanned aerial vehicle hit the territory of a private enterprise.
