UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Sep. 23 — Russian forces attacked the Zolochiv settlement in the Bohodukhiv district in northern Kharkiv oblast. At the time of the attack, Ukrainian volunteers were delivering humanitarian aid, Oleh Syniehubov, the region’s governor, said.

Zolochiv is located about 17,5 kilometers (10 miles) from the frontline in the border area of the Kharkiv oblast. Russian forces launch airstrikes at the settlement every day.

According to Syniehubov, a Russian drone directly hit a car of a humanitarian organization. No casualties were reported.

Over the past day, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv and eight settlements of the region with seven glide bombs and 128 drones of different types.
