UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Dec 19 – On the night of December 18, the Russian army shelled Tsyrkuny in the Kharkiv district, injuring four civilians, reported the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Towns and villages of the Kharkiv Oblast come under massive Russian shelling and airstrikes, often during the full-scale invasion, as Moscow targets civilian and critical infrastructure in the region.
According to the investigation, the attack injured three women aged 57, 62, 75, and a 64-year-old man.
“At least 10 residential buildings, outbuildings, and a civilian enterprise were damaged. There is information that the Russians shelled the village with multiple rocket launchers,” the Prosecutor’s Office said.
On December 16, the State Emergency Service reported that between December 9 and 15, Russian attacks on the Kharkiv region injured 22 people. 17 of them were injured in a Russian missile attack on December 10 on the town of Zlatopil, Lozova district.
