UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, May 21 — Today, after the Russian morning attack on Kharkiv, disrupted the power supply in the region, causing a power outage in about 190,000 homes in the Kharkiv region. Currently, the power engineers have already restored the power to them, reported the Ministry of Energy.

Currently, 34,200 metering points in the region remain without electricity due to the Russian shelling.
