KHARKIV OBLAST, Feb 15 — The Russian shelling of the Kharkiv Oblast on February 14 killed three people and wounded five, reported the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

At night, at about 00:05 a.m., the Russian army launched a missile attack on Chuhuiv, killing a 67-year-old woman. 

The attack destroyed a residential building and partially destroyed three neighboring private houses. The Russian missile attack damaged windows and roofs in seven buildings.

In the afternoon, at 4:16 p.m., the Russian military fired an S-300 missile at a two-story building in Velykyi Burluk in the Kupiansk district. The missile attack killed two men and injured five civilians.

Updated (15.02.2024, 1:48 p.m.) According to the latest information from Oleh Syniehubov, the missile attack on Velykyi Burluk also three more women aged 74, 54, and 27. Rescuers pulled their bodies out of the rubble in the morning. The search and rescue operation is ongoing, as people are still trapped under the debris.

At around 2:20 p.m., the Russian army attacked the village of Hnylytsia in the Kupiansk district. They hit an outdoor gym near the school. No casualties were reported.

Sixteen settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under Russian artillery and mortar fire, including Udy, Strilecha, Vovchansk, Nesterne, Chuhunivka, Dvorichanske, etc.
