UKRAINE, KHARKIV OBLAST, Jul. 27 — A Strix drone unit from the Ukrainian border guard damaged eight Russian vehicles and specialized transport with electronic warfare (EW) complexes in northern Kharkiv oblast. Ukrainian operators also attacked Russian personnel, reported the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The State Border Guard Service reported that the 1st mobile border guard brigade Hart detected and destroyed a Russian artillery system and a camouflaged fuel depot in the forest, in northern Kharkiv oblast again. There, the Ukrainian military also destroyed vehicles that the Russians used to transport personnel and ammunition.
The 5th Slobozhanska brigade Skif of the National Guard of Ukraine said that the Russians often use foliage to cover and assemble troops for future attacks in the gray zone of the Kharkiv region.
The Skif brigade reported about five cases when Ukrainian drone operators detected and killed such Russian groups. In total, Ukrainian drones killed at least 6 Russian soldiers. They also attacked a minibus in which the Russians were transporting personnel.
Ukrainian border guards also killed 18 soldiers of a Russian assault group that was trying to cross the Russia-Ukraine border near Artilne village in the Kharkiv region.
